Online registration will be available from February 2008.
Alternatively, delegates may print off the registration form by link above and send it with payment details by fax or post to the Conference Secretariat. Each delegate must complete a separate registration form.


Registration to the Conference includes the following:

• Access to the Conference sessions on Thursday, 16 October and Friday, 17 October 2008.
• Access to the exhibition area during the Conference.
• Coffee breaks and lunches on Thursday, 16 October and Friday, 17 October 2008.
• 11th ECES Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, 15 October 2008.


REGISTRATION FEES

* The pre-registration system will close on 3 October 2008.

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation of registration will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Refunds will be settled within one month of the Conference, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures. On or before 18 July 2008 - Fees refunded, less 10%

• On or before 15 August 2008 - Fees refunded, less 50%
• On or before 26 September 2008 - Fees refunded, less 80%
• From 27 September 2008 - No refunds
